ABOUT SUNNY FIELDS FARM

From pasture to plate, every step of our process is infused with care, expertise, and a profound respect for both our animals and the land they graze upon. Nestled in the heart of Peterborough, NH, our farm specializes in the cultivation of a genetically unique breed of lamb, meticulously bred for premium cuts that surpass expectations.

With the invaluable assistance of our devoted working border collies, we uphold the tradition of responsible stewardship, ensuring our sheep and lambs roam and graze harmoniously across our pastures.

We believe in consistency and quality, which is why we lamb twice a year, guaranteeing a steady supply of our superior product. Our breeding program is a testament to our commitment to excellence. By pairing Black-faced rams with exceptionally maternal White-faced ewes, we produce the coveted "speckled face hybrid" lambs. These lambs, known for their robust growth and impeccable conformation, achieve optimal weight, and fat cover within just 4-6 months.
